User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by TextMover Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our services or their contents.

Payment Terms

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Experience technical difficulties beyond our control
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Suspend services for violations of these terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextMover Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TextMover Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
